Packaging:
Parcels: The Pet Luxury items are covered in plain bags or boxes inside regular courier packaging.

Waybill: From Pet Luxury or online shopping

Bank Account: Your credit card is charged in the name of our company : Pet Luxury

What times do they deliver:

Our Selected Couriers deliver between 8am and 5pm on business days. On Weekends for emergency orders couriers can be arranged by you to collect or deliver.
Overnight Orders must be place before 12:00 midday for same day dispatch.

Our overnight delivery option applies to all main centres. If you are outside a main centre your delivery may take a little longer, but happily though not longer than two to three working days!

If you want your parcel to be delivered a specific time, please contact the courier company we send it out with to arrange. As soon as we process your order we send you a link with the specific couriers companies details that will be delivering your luxury items. If any adjustments to address or delivery times needs to be made you can simply use your tracking number and contact them to arrange above.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Where Is My Parcel?

As soon as we dispatch your items, we send you a tracking nr with a link to selected delivery options you have chosen with their direct details to track your order and communicate with them directly. You can also lock back into your order at any time on our website to view above.

Privacy Policy

For your security, we don’t take any credit card numbers over the phone or by email. If you pay via credit card, our secure site will take you to our 3rd party payment page for you to enter your card details after selecting the “Place Order” button. 3D secure payment confirmation will also happen here. Upon completion you will be taken to the order confirmation page.

3D Secure? What’s That?

It’s an authentication system that adds an extra layer of protection against fraud. All South African banks use 3D SecureCode to protect their clients, which is great for us but not so good for credit card fraudsters.

To activate your Secure Internet Shopping, contact your Bank to activate your Credit Card with 3D SecureCode. You can usually do this on your online banking system. You will need your cellphone handy as your Bank will contact you via SMS with your Secure Code.

Proof Of Payment:

If you are paying by credit card, there is no need to send us proof of payment – it happens automatically. If you are paying by EFT or direct deposit, please email your proof of payment to us at paws@petluxury.co.za.

If we do not receive your POP we will wait until your payment reflects on our bank statement. (This may take up to 3 days, depending on your bank.) If payment is made in a foreign currency, we will need it to clear in our account before we can process your goodies!

Can I Pay COD?

We enlist the help of external delivery companies to handle our deliveries, which means they are not able to receive payment. Payment must be made in advance for all orders before they can be sent out, therefore Cash On Delivery is not an option. However, if you make a purchase in person at the Pet Luxury shop in South Africa, you may pay with cash, debit, or credit card.

Fraud And Security Checks

We do strict fraud checks to prevent criminal and fraudulent activity, as well as using 3D Secure to reduce fraud. We report all fraudulent activity to the necessary officials.
